Built (Assembled) Cabinets

  • Return Policy

Cabinets that have been assembled are not eligible for return. It is the responsibility of the customer upon pick up or delivery to look over and approve the condition of all cabinets, as well as verify that the order is correct. Any damaged or missing items must be reported immediately before the packing list is signed. Once the packing list is signed and approved, all cabinet liability is transferred to the customer.

Unbuilt (Boxed) Cabinets

  • Return Policy & Restocking Fees

All orders come with a 10-day refund for unboxed products minus a 10% restocking fee of the original invoice. 

  • Damaged or Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 48 hours from the date of pick up or delivery. Please check the condition of your order within this time frame to ensure a guaranteed return. If there is no exchange or repair, we have the right to impose 10% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 7 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply.
