Inquiries and Ordering Process

info@housematerialmart. Once we receive your message we will be in close contact to get your orders confirmed and filled as quickly as possible. 


Payment Method and Terms 
Payments can be made by cashier’s check (individual), company check, wire transfers, cash, and credit card. There is a 3.4% service fee for all credit card transactions (there is no fee for debit card payments). Payments for the sales order or invoice are to be made before pick up, loading, or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon by House Material Mart Inc. 


Minimum Order Quantity 
We do not currently have set restrictions on minimum order quantities; however it is very dependent on your businesses buying power. At the end of the day, we are here to help with your housing material needs, so please do not hesitate to reach out with your inquiries, regardless of the quantities requested.

Shipping 
Being conveniently located in the Salt Lake City valley, we allow for direct pick up of our in -stock products from our warehouse at 1333 W 7900 S, West Jordan, UT 84088. We request that you provide at least a One-day notice and we will do what we can to have the materials ready. If pick up is not feasible, we can happily provide delivery at your cost. Please contact us for further information and pricing regarding shipping.  


Return Policy & Restocking Fees 
We stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our clients. Afterall, we are in this together. 

Flooring Return Policy:  All orders come with a 14-day refund for unboxed products minus a 10% restocking fee of the original invoice. Open boxes are not eligible for return. We do not offer money back refunds after 14 days but will provide a credit for the full purchase price, minus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original invoice, to be applied to a future purchase.

Cabinet Return Policy: All orders come with a 10-day refund for unboxed products minus a 10% restocking fee of the original invoice. Cabinets that have been assembled is not eligible for return.

*HMM is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate measurements provided by customers or its employees. Please double check sizing and layout before purchasing. *Hairline crackings are normal characteristics of painted finishes and will not be considered a reason for product replacement/return.

Built (Assembled) Cabinets

  • Return Policy

Cabinets that have been assembled are not eligible for return. It is the responsibility of the customer upon pick up or delivery to look over and approve the condition of all cabinets, as well as verify that the order is correct. Any damaged or missing items must be reported immediately before the packing list is signed. Once the packing list is signed and approved, all cabinet liability is transferred to the customer.

Unbuilt (Boxed) Cabinets

  • Return Policy & Restocking Fees

All orders come with a 10-day refund for unboxed products minus a 10% restocking fee of the original invoice. 

  • Damaged or Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 48 hours from the date of pick up or delivery. Please check the condition of your order within this time frame to ensure a guaranteed return. If there is no exchange or repair, we have the right to impose 10% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 7 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply.

Stone Return Policy: All orders come with a 14-day refund minus a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice. Return product must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it.

All return/exchange items must be in resalable condition. To obtain a credit, timely return the merchandise with the original invoice and we’ll gladly give you credit for your purchase price. *Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair, we have the right to impose 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply.

Unpaid Balances

Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at eh rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually), compounded monthly. Additionally, customer agrees to pay any attorney fees and costs of collection incurred by House Material Mart Inc. in collecting any unpaid amounts from customer.  
Customer acknowledges that by proceeding to conduct business with House Material Mart Inc., customer agrees to these terms and conditions  with or without signature.  

House Material Mart reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.
